All of the meats used in our kitchen are from animals locally sourced which are then hand slaughtered according to strict Islamic guidelines by local Muslims on the island.

Other produces used in our food preparations are also mostly sourced locally as we emphasize picking organic produce for our kitchens and since it’s blessed with love and barakah then these blessings are instilled into the flavor of our foods
